On Saturday night, tragedy struck the city of Monterey Park, located just east of Los Angeles. An intense manhunt ensued in the late hours of Saturday, after a male fired shots in a dance hall and club in the city. Tran was the suspect , and the victim died of wounds from a gunshot he self-inflicted. There are many mysteries, Tran was reported by the sheriff’s office to have taken a trip to the spot that he was looking for. The ex-wife of his said she met Tran there and she was able to offer him lessons for free. The mayor of Monterey park released a statement in which he expressed condolences for the families of all victims and urged all the people of Monterey Park to band together after this terrible event.
